I will take back my complaint when the item arrives. You said before as follows: payments couldn't be made because a PayPal card couldn't be used and since you are in a suit with PayPal the funds have been stopped. But I don't understand that. I consulted with PayPal as well and they told me that even if there is an open suit with them you can still use credit cards because those are not stopped. Are you saying that you can't pay shipping to Japan because the payment wasn't completed?
