クレームは商品が到着しましたら取り下げ致します。あなたは以前に次のように言っていました。ペイパルカードが使えなかったため、支払いをすることができませんでした。あなたがペイパルに訴えを起こしているため、資金が止められているのです。と言っていましたが、その意味が分かりません。ペイパルにも相談しましたが、ペイパルに訴えを起こしていてもクレジットカードは止められてはいないので、クレジットカードは使えるそうです。支払いが出来なかったとは、日本への発送料が支払えないという意味ですか？
I will take back my complaint when the item arrives. You said before as follows: payments couldn't be made because a PayPal card couldn't be used and since you are in a suit with PayPal the funds have been stopped. But I don't understand that. I consulted with PayPal as well and they told me that even if there is an open suit with them you can still use credit cards because those are not stopped. Are you saying that you can't pay shipping to Japan because the payment wasn't completed?
