海外転籍の相談をさせて頂いておりました佐藤です。
マレーシアオフィスやオーストラリアオフィスから連絡頂いておりましたが、
語学力、スキルの面などから社内で転籍するのは少々厳しいと感じておりました。

そんな折、あるOBの方からシンガポールでの
ITコンサルティング職のお話を頂き、
何度か面談をした結果、内定を頂くことができました。

転職するか非常に悩みましたが、
できる限り若いうちに海外に出て英語を使って仕事をすることが
私の希望であり、目の前にあるそのチャンスをつかみたいと思い、
転職することを決意いたしました。

お忙しい中私のために海外転籍の調整を
して頂いていたのにも関わらず、このような結果をお伝えすること、
非常に申し訳なく思いますが、おわかり頂ければ幸いです。

5月末で退職し、6月いっぴからシンガポールで働く予定です。
転職先は10名ほどの小さな会社ですが、今までの経験を活かして
どんどん会社を大きくしていきたいと思っています。

I thought it would be difficult to transfer in-house from the aspects of my linguistic ability and other skills.

Then I received an offer of IT consulting post in Singapore from an senior associate. After several meetings with him I got an official offer.

I hesitated whether I should change my career so much,
and finally I made a decision to do so,
because I have been wished to work abroad using English as earliest as possible and now it is the chance for that.

I am very sorry to tell you this as you have taken time for arrangement of my transferring abroad, but I hope that you will understand my decision.

I will retire at the end of May and start to work in Singapore from June 1st.
My new office is a little company with about ten coworkers.
I hope to put my experiences for the growth of this company.

I would be happy if it is able to have dinner with you before my departure if your schedule permits.

Though I had gotten contacts from the Malaysian office and the Australian office, I have felt transfering in-house seems to be a little bit hard from the view point of my language skill and job skills.

On that occasion,from an OB employee, I've got an invitation of a IT consulting job opportunity, and have gotten the job offer after some job interviews.

Though I have had a big conflict in my mind, but my hope is to work abroad utilizing English skill as young as possible, and as I want to grasp the chance right in front of my eyes, I've decided to change my job.

I'm so sorry for notifying such a message as a result, despite all of that you have coordinated for my in-house tranfer abroad during your busy schedule, but if you'd have understood the situation, I'd so appreciate.
