I am Sato, who has been consulted you about transferring abroad.
Though I have received contacts from the offices in Malaysia and Australia,
I thought it would be difficult to transfer in-house from the aspects of my linguistic ability and other skills.

Then I received an offer of IT consulting post in Singapore from an senior associate. After several meetings with him I got an official offer.

I hesitated whether I should change my career so much,
and finally I made a decision to do so,
because I have been wished to work abroad using English as earliest as possible and now it is the chance for that.

I am very sorry to tell you this as you have taken time for arrangement of my transferring abroad, but I hope that you will understand my decision.

I will retire at the end of May and start to work in Singapore from June 1st.
My new office is a little company with about ten coworkers.
I hope to put my experiences for the growth of this company.

I would be happy if it is able to have dinner with you before my departure if your schedule permits.
Sincerely looking forward to hearing from you.

This is Sato who have asked your advices regarding transfering abroad.
Though I had gotten contacts from the Malaysian office and the Australian office, I have felt transfering in-house seems to be a little bit hard from the view point of my language skill and job skills.

On that occasion, from an OB employee, I've got an invitation of a IT consulting job opportunity, and have gotten the job offer after some job interviews.

Though I have had a big conflict in my mind, but my hope is to work abroad utilizing English skill as young as possible, and as I want to grasp the chance right in front of my eyes, I've decided to change my job.

I'm so sorry for notifying such a message as a result, despite all of that you have coordinated for my in-house tranfer abroad during your busy schedule, but if you'd have understood the situation, I'd so appreciate.

I'll resign at the end of May, and am supposed to start working in Singapore from June 1.
Though my new working place is an small company that 10 people are working for, I'd like to expand the business rapidly utilizing my experiences.

If you could have some time for me, I hope to have a meal with you until my departure abroad.
I'd wait for you reply mail.

Best regards,
junnyt

This is Sato who I asked about moving abroad.

I’ve heard about it from the offices in Australia or Malaysia.

However, I’ve been thinking it is a bit difficult to realize that because of my language skills or amateurishness.

At the time, a OB told me about the position for the IT consulting in Singapore and I’ve passed the exam after several interviews.

I’ve been wondering if I should change my job, but my hope is work abroad using English when I am as young as possible.
Then, I decided to change my job.

I’m really sorry to tell you such an result though you arranged moving abroad for me when you are busy, but I hope you consider my situation.

I’m resigning at the end of May and start working on June 1.
The next office is small with just 10 employees or so, but I would like to help the company using my experience get bigger.

If you have some time, please have dinner together once before leaving.
I’m waiting for your reply.
Thank you.
