However, the internal state of this mug is very bad.
Although there was explanation exactly about a chip of a rim, it is very regrettable that there were not a photograph and explanation about an internal state.
If you can do, please give me some refunds or discount next time of an order.

However, the inner sides of the mug cups were in bad condition.
We were explained about the crack in the top edge of the cup, but it is disappointing that there were no pictures and explanation about the inner condition.
I would like to ask for some refund if possible or, give us a discount when we place the next order.

You have explained that there is a crack but you did not really explain how the interior looked like, you did not provide a photo of the part either.
