I have been working with my post office to try and locate the package for you...and have been waiting on news from them. Your package was returned back to me this morning. In traveling to you the package was damaged and the customs form was torn off of the box. Without the form it was unable to pass through your country's customs office and had to be returned back to me. Even though it is damaged I am happy that it wasn't lost as it is an expensive item.
I was already in the process of packing up a new undamaged replacement item for you to mail when I saw you opened a Paypal dispute against me which now complicates matters. I need to know whether you still want the item or a refund? If you still want the item, please close the dispute and I will imemediatly mail it back out to you and provide you with the tracking info. If you would like a refund I will process it for you right away. You can see from my reputation that I am a good seller and I will take care of this for you.
