本日商品が届きました。残念な事に段ボールで補強されていなかった為、Aの四方が全て折れ曲がって無残な状態となっていました。新品で落札していますので返金等の処理をお願いします。また届いたアイテムは以下の通りですが、落札したアイテムの一部が入っていませんでした。足りないアイテムはＢが2冊、Ｃが3冊です。こちらも返金等の処理をお願いします。こんな状況は今回が初めてなのでびっくりしました。早急にお返事下さい。よろしくお願いします。

The package arrived today. Unfortunately, since it wasn't reinforced by the cardboard box, A is completely bent all around and in a terrible state. I bid on a new item so I would like a refund. Also, the item that arrived is as follows but parts of the item I bid on weren't included. The missing items are 2 of B and 3 of C. I would like a refund for these as well. The products arrived today. However, it was not reinforced by a cardboard box so all the sides of A are broken and are at miserable condition. I made a bought the item new, so please refund the money for the item. Furthermore, the followings are the items that have arrived but I did not receive some of the items that I bought. The missing items are the followings; 2 books of B and 3 books of C. Please make an adjustment such as refund to these items too.

This kind of situation is the first time for me so I was in shock. Please reply me quick.
