先日あなたから購入したJBLのスピーカーですが、
破損そた状態で届いています。
木枠に5センチほど木がえぐれて破損しており、
左右のスピーカーの両方に破損があります。
この状態では受け取れませんので、
返品をしたいのですが、
その場合返金をお願い出来ますか？

The JBL speaker i bought from you the other day had arrived to me but in broken condition.
There is about 5cm dent on the wooded frame and both speakers also have some damage.
I want to return the item as I can not receive it in this condition.
Could you please accept to refund?
