Order Number: AAAAについて
UPS追跡番号を確認したところ、
日本に荷物が入ったところでUPSに止められてしまいました。
事情を聞いたところ、医薬品は書類がないと輸入できないということでした。
なのでamazon.comに返品ということになりました。
amazon.comでは日本へ注文できない商品は注文できないような仕組みになっているはずですが
この商品は設定ミスでしょうか？
また、返品された商品の返金はどうなりますでしょうか？

Concerning order number: AAAA
When I checked with the UPS tracking number, it showed that upon entering Japan the cargo was stopped by UPS.
When I asked the reason, I was told it was because medical supplies without documentation can't be imported.
So it was decided to return them to amazon.com
I expected that it would be arranged that items that can't be ordered in Japan can't be ordered on amazon.com, so were these items assigned mistakenly?
And what will happen for a refund for returned items?
