16-May-2012にも同類の荷物を貴社から日本に送ってもらっています。

Regarding the item that cannot export you contacted, I have actually purchased the similar item from your company on 5/16/12. Therefore, I purchased this item assuming that this item would be ok to export as well.

I am writing about your response saying that it is impossible to export the goods. However, on 16-May-2012 I received similar goods from you which were sent from Japan.
This is why I have purchased them again thinking that they would be shippable from Japan as before.
