I have been buying many ●● from you. On 25 Feb, I ordered a ●●, but it was broken so I would like to request for an exchange. Is that possible? I had bought it as a present, but the person I gave it to only opened the package recently, and he contacted me when he found that it was broken. I understand that the exchange period is over, but I hope you could agree to this request.
