件名：どうやったらニューヨークのcertificate of authority#を取得できますか？
本文：ニューヨークのcertificate of authority#を取得したいのですがうまく取得出来なくて困っています。オンラインで申請しようとしたところ、SSNを持っていないので、申請出来ません。すでにC-CORPORATIONを設立して、EINも取得済みです。
外国に住んでいるので現地に出向く事は出来ません。
良い方法をご存知の方、助けて下さい！

Body: I am trying to obtain Certificate of authority # in NY, but not successful. I cannot apply for it online because I don't have SSN. I have already established C-Corporation and obtained EIN.
I cannot go to the local office since I live in overseas.

Title: How do I get the New York certificate of authority number?
Text: I'm having problems getting the New York certificate of authority number. I tried to apply for it online, but I couldn't do it because I don't have a SSN. I have already set up a C-CORPORATION and obtained a EIN.
I'm living overseas so I can't go there myself.
