When shipping via UPS, there is an entry for registration of country of origin of the shipped goods.
And as the country of origin of the good is Japan and not China, so please make the changes in Japan notations and ship the goods.
Please follow it as it is important.

Country of origin must be filled out in a form if you send it via UPS.
Not china but Japan is the country of origin.
Please correct the country of origin and make sure it is Japan before you send.
This is very important. Make sure you have written it right.
