トラッキングを見る限り、荷物は到着していないように見える。

When will my items arrive?
I have tracked my package, and it looks like it has not arrived yet.
As it is taking so long to arrive, I have asked the seller to enquire with the post office.
The post office then responded saying that the items did arrive.
And then they said this..

I am at a loss.
Please check if the items have arrived, just in case.

Tracking record shows that it has not arrived yet.
