Though you evaluated as that was not the new one but have you checked our description that "There is little bit scratches" on the selling page before purchasing?
Sometimes there are some little scratches but it is defnitely new one.
Please purchase after checking carefully the item description.

You have left feedback saying that the item was not new, however, the description page explains that it does a few scratches. I would have thought you must have read this before making your purchase?
It does have a few scratches but there is no doubt that it is a new item.
Please ensure that you read the description in detail before making a purchase in the future.

We received your review stating that it wasn't a new item. However, on the selling page, there was an explanation that the item was "slightly damaged". Did you read this explanation before buying?
The item may have been slightly damaged, but it was without a doubt new.

I received the item was not new,but did you see the description on the item on the saying there are some flaws.
There are some flaws,but the items is absolutely new.
