恐らくソールをしたときについたキズだと思われます。
日本の顧客に新品で販売しましたが、クレームがきたため返品されました。

Can you see many slight scratched lines on the plate?
I think these were made when it scraped the ground.
I sold Japanese customers brand new products but they were returned because I got complaints from the customers.
I will sell these for trial use so I would appreciate if you could give me a little discount.

Can you see several hairline scratches on the plate?
The plate got scratched when someone did sole.
I sold it to Japanese customers; however, they returned it back due to the scratch.
I will sell it as a used item for quality check, so please give me some discount.
