あと３日で帰る予定でしたが、どうやらあと１週間以上は帰れそうにありません。
なので、あなたがもし、急いでおられるのなら、すみませんが今回はご希望にお答えすることが出来ないので、お金を送金しないで下さい。それと、郵便局に問い合わせたところ、
SONYのスピーカーは大きすぎて、一緒の箱に入らないから送るのは無理だそうです。

I have a bad news for you.
I had some trouble at work, and I might not be able to return home as scheduled.
I was scheduled to be back home in 3 days. However, it may be only after a week from now before I can return home.
For this reason, please do not send the money to me if you require the item urgently. I may not be able to arrange to send it anytime soon. Also, I checked with the post office, but the Sony's speaker is way too big to be fit into the same box. Unfortunately, it cannot be delivered.
