I tried making my payment to you via PayPal just now.
However, the setting was such that payments could not be received from PayPal accounts registered in countries other than the U.S., and I could not proceed with the payment.
Could you change your setting so payments can be made by PayPal accounts registered in countries other than the U.S.?

I just attempted to make payment through PayPal.
However, the settings will not allow you to accept payment from a non-USA based PayPal account, so I am unable to make payment to you.
Would you kindly change the settings on your account so that you may accept payment from a non-USA account?
