No warranty pass-through. No warranty,representation or agreement herein shall be deemed to be made for the benefit of any End User or Reseller of D or any other third party.D may pass through only to End user only those warranties specified in the End user agreement.D shall make no other representation to Reseller,End user,or any other third party.D shall expressly indicate to its Resellers and End user that they must look solely to D in connection with any problems,warranty,claim or other matters concerning the products.

Không gia hạn bảo hành. Không bảo hành, đại diện hoặc thỏa thuận được coi là thực hiện vì lợi ích của Người dùng cuối hoặc Đại lý của D hoặc bất kì bên thứ ba nào. D có thể gia hạn bảo hành cho Người dùng cuối khi bảo hành nào được qui định cho Thỏa thuận Người dùng cuối. D sẽ không có đại diện khác cho Đại lý, Người dùng cuối, hay bên thứ ba khác. D sẽ thông báo rõ ràng cho Đại lý và Người dùng cuối rằng họ sẽ phải xem xét mối liên kết của D với bất kì rắc rối, bảo hành, khiếu nại hoặc bất kì vấn đề khác liên quan đến sản phẩm.
