本日商品がひどい状態で届きました。
箱がつぶれていて使い物になりません。
梱包がとても貧弱でしたのでそれも当然の事かと思います。
10個中4個分の全額返金を希望します。
また、商品金額が安いので、商品を返送すると返金金額よりも返送送料の方が高くなってしまいます。
したがって商品の返送は考えていません。
必要であれば、梱包の状態、商品の状態などの写真を撮影してメールで送信します。

The boxes was crushed and completely unusable.
The packaging was badly done, so that was to be expected.
I hope you can refund me for 4 of the 10 items.
Also, since the items were not expensive, the cost of shipping them back would be more than the cost of the refund. Hence, I won't be shipping them back.
