担当者は○○○さんで何度もメールをしているのですが、返信がないのでこちらへメールいたしました。
この商品はメーカー純正品ですか？
SONYの文字が写真では黒ですがアメリカ人の知り合いに聞くと普通金色をしているといいます。また日本のSONYカスタマーサービスに聞くとシールの下に普通は数字が印字されていないとのことです。

Is the product an geniune product from the manufacturer?
In the picture, the word SONY is black, but my American acquaintance told me it's usually gold. Also, Japan's SONY customer service said that under the seal there are usually no numbers printed underneath.
Can you confirm it for me?
