There was agreement to develop two more processes, with a view to each becoming a tool: Customer Segmentation & Trade Promotion Effectiveness.
GAP Negotiation
The team went through an inspiring GAP negotiation awareness exercise. Following this awareness, and a discussion of the impact it has made to date within Mars, there was a commitment that all GSLT members would go through the full training, and that training will be run for all of the account teams of Walmart, Tesco and Carrefour.

チームは刺激的なGAP交渉意識演習を終了した、同意識およびその現在までにのマース内に起きた影響を討議した後、全GSLTメンバーがトレーニング全体を終了しようとの、またトレーニンはウォールマート、テスコ、およびカルフールの営業チーム向けにも開催するとの約束がなされた。
