同じ日に、セラーへ連絡し、返品したいと私の希望を伝えましたが、セラーの返事は、ソーサー、一枚分の代金のみを返金するとのことでした。シュガーポットのヒビに関しては、否定も肯定もせず、無視しております。セラーは現在、フランスの郵便局で保険の手続き中であると言っております。私は現在までで、３回、私の希望である、セラーへ全ての荷物を返送し、返金してほしいということを伝えてきましたが、そのことに対する返答は一度もありませんでした。

I have contacted the seller to inform my wish to return on the same day. However, the seller's response was just to refund for the one sourer. The seller did not mention anything about crack on sugar pot. To me, she/he is sort of ignoring this particular issue. According to the seller, he/she is in the process of insurance with post office in France. I have told the seller, three times by now, my wish to return all items and get full refund. Yet, the seller has never responded back to my request to return all items.

I contacted to my seller in same day and told I want to return, but the seller said he will repay for only one saucer. He didn't even mention about the crack of the sugar pot. He is saying that now he is doing some insurance stuff with French post office. I already sent 3 mails to say I want to return all of the packages to have full refund, but he never sent me any response for that.
