For sale is a genuine issued U.S. Army ACU pattern Improved Outer Tactical Vest (IOTV). It is a size Medium. It has been worn previously and is a used item. It was worn by an Infantryman during deployment to Afghanistan in 2010. As such, there are a few marks here and there that prevent the item from looking like it came straight out of the packaging. Item still has all of the ballistic inserts, however, there are no plates included in this auction. If you purchase medium sized SAPI or ESAPI plates, or anything sized the same on your own from somewhere else, they fit perfectly fine. All of the velcro is in working order, all of the strap and clips are there, and the quick release pull cord is functional.
