わたしは、paypalにもeBayにも日本の住所を登録しています。
送り先を日本に設定し、支払いしようとしても、送料がアメリカへ送る場合の料金のままです。
６０ドルかかるのでしたら、新しい請求書を送ってください。
支払いはpaypalのみでお願いします。

I registerd my Japan address in paypal and eBay too.
Though I set the destination to Japan and try to settle payment, the shipping cost remains same amount as shipping to US.
If it cost $60, please send me new invoice.
The payment is all done by paypal.

I registerd with my Japanese address on PayPal and eBay.
The shipping cost stays the same as the one to America when I try to finish the transaction, setting the shipping address to my Japanese addreess.
Will you issue a new invoice to me if it costs $60?
I will pay only by PayPal.

I have registered my address in Japan to both eBay and PayPal.
I arranged the shipping to Japan and tried to make a payment; however, it shows only shipping fee within the USA.
If it is $60 for the shipping, please send me a new invoice.
