I saw that you filed a claim thru paypal. I want to resolve this just as you do. You would have already been refunded had you submitted the requested photo to shipsurance. With the paypal claim no refund will even be considered until the item is returned. The return is at your expense, @$30.00. My item and packaging complete, inside another box. Why go thru all that trouble and expense when all that is needed is 1 photo? please advise asap.
