貴方がCOACHのギフトレシートを貰うのに毎回苦労しているのが良くわかりました。
日本人は商品を購入した時にレシートをもらうことが当たり前であり、特に高価な物を買う時は必ずレシートを欲しがります。
COACHの偽物が日本でかなり出回っているため、レシートが本物の証であると同時に、バッグに故障が起きた時に日本のCOACHでアフターケアを受ける為にレシートを欲しがっています。

We have a lot of COACH fake items here in Japan, so receipts certify that the items are true and when we have some problems with the items, I can ask for the support if we have receipts. This is why people really need them.
