先日商品がとどきましたので、確認したのですが、大きなハムノイズがあります。また、2つあるメインアウト端子の1つが、音量が非常に低く、壊れております。また、PHONOのボリューム調整も調子が悪く、音を低くすることができません。テスト済みとのことで、落札をしたのですが、非常に残念です。修理を考えてます。購入代金の一部をご返金いただくということは、できませんか?ご連絡お待ちしております。

I checked the product upon I received the package. However, first of all, I noticed big hum noise. And, one of the two main outlets is broken because the volume is very low. Furthermore, I am unable to lower the sound because PHONO volume adjuster is not working well. I am very disappointed. Only the reason I bid for this item was because it was tested. I am considering sending out for repair. I would like you to refund a part of the purchased price. Please kindly consider. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

- Loud hamming noise coming out.
- One of the main-out terminals is broken. Sound volume is too low.
- PHONO volume adjustment does not function well; I cannot turn down the sound.
I bought this item because the performance was tested and verified.
I am very disappointed. I have to have it repaired. Could you refund some of the amount I paid for the repair work?
