二つ目は「信頼関係を築くこと」だと思います。今は私自身の語学力不足で言語の壁があっても、まず相手に興味を持つことが私の友好の意思を示す手段だと思います。しかし本当にお互いが理解し合うことができなければ信頼関係は生まれません。理解し合うことはコミュニケーションができなければ難しいです。このことを肝に銘じ、語学力の向上にむけて英語の勉強を日々の生活の中に取り入れていこうと思います。

The second thing is to “construct mutual confidential relationship”. Even if my ability of commanding languages is poor to overcome the language barrier, I think to have an interest to the person to whom I want to communicate is the best way to express my friendship. Actually, however, if we cannot understand each other, it is difficult to construct good relationship. I understand this point well, and I will study every day to improve my English.

Second is to build trust with each other. For now, my English is poor. But at least showing my interest towards them must be the best way to show my fondness. But trust could be only built through mutual understanding. Without communication, understanding each other is difficult. From now on, I will keep this in mind and take in English learning process in everyday work so my English gets better.
