CABELA'S POSITION STATEMENT MODIFICATION
This modification is directed toward registered Cabela’s Dealers who in addition to having a retail location where resale of Cabela’s merchandise is authorized desire to provide their customers with the same products by means of internet sales.
Consideration will be given to Dealers who have a retail location and their website is displayed in a foreign language. In addition to your original agreement the following will apply:
Only Cabela’s branded merchandise in its original form may be displayed and sold.
Cabela’s retains final approval of products, images and or logos before being displayed to the public.

この修正は、カベラスの商品転売が許可された小売店を有することに加えて、インターネット上で同じ商品を消費者に販売することを希望する登録済みのカベラスのディーラーに向けられたものである。
小売店および外国語で表示されたウェブサイトを有するディーラーに対して、配慮がなされる。原契約の内容に加えて、次の事項が適用される。
・カベラスの商標の付いた原型の商品のみ陳列または販売してもよい。
・一般に公開される前の商品、画像およびロゴに対して、カベラスが最終的な承認を与える。
