貴店から購入した商品の状態は悪いけどそのまま使う事にします。ただ修理が必要なので修理費を負担して下さい。あと新品だと思って購入しましたが貴店のページに傷等の説明がなかったので一部返金して欲しいです。
問題のあった部分は下記の通り。
プレート部や木管部に銀磨きクリームが残っていた
プレート部に細かい傷がいっぱいある
コルクやパッドが適当に付けてある
～の内側にへこみ傷がある
～が歪んでいて、そのままでは使えない
修理代金～円、状態が悪かった分～円の合計～円の返金希望です。

Since you didn’t say about the scratch on your web site, I would like you to return the part of the fee.
The parts of the problems are as follow:
Cream for silver polishing remains on the plate section and the woodwind section.
There are many small scratches on the plate section.
Cork and pad are roughly jointed.
There is a dent inside ～.Since ～ is distorted, I cannot use it on its own.
I would like to return from you the repair fee YEN～, the bad condition YEN～, totally YEN～.

Though the goods that I bought from your store was bad I had to use it. But it required some repair to be done so kindly bear the repair cost. I bought it under the assumption that it was brand new and there was no mention of the scratch in your store's page, so I would like to get a partial refund.
