２．到着した商品を確認するとハサミで切ったような破損がありました。
３．同じマットを7枚購入しましたが、その中の2枚が色落ちしていて、とても新品とは思えない物でした。
４．新品を購入したのに中古品が送られてきました。
５．商品が到着しました。商品に傷は無かったです。

1. I had this item send me from an American transfer company.
2. When I checked the item, I found a damage which looks like being cut with scissors.
3. I bought 7 same mats. Two of them are color faded. I can not believe that they are brand-new.
4. I had bought a brand-new one, however, I received used one.
5. I have received the item. It has no scratch.

1. This items were sent to me from a forwarding company in US.
2. There was a cut in the item I received, which might be done with scissors.
3. I bought seven same type of mats. But two among them never look new one due to fading color.
4. Even I asked you for new ones, I received used ones.
5. I received items safely, there were no damage with them.

1. I had this goods sent to me from an transmission company in the U.S.
2. When I checked the goods which arrived, there was breakage which was cut with scissors.
3. Although I purchased the seven same mats, two of them were being decolored and I was not able to think a brand new at all.
4. I ordered brand new goods, but the used goods has been sent to me.

2. On arrive I inspected the item and has occurred some damage apparently by scissors.
3. I bought 7 items from the same store but 2 of them had faded. I don't think they are new products.
