製造元に報告しましたが、本問題について全く返事が無く、改善もされていません。

I reported to the manufacturer but I haven't got any response on this matter and there has been no improvements.

The product A has been having the chronic problems. Do you have the same problems, too?
I contacted the maker but nothing related to this issue has been talked about in their reply so far and the situation is still the same.
