A statement of purpose would read something like this: "My job as a manager is to provide a stable, pleasant working environment where every worker is valued and appreciated. It is also to provide an environment where employees are challenged to continually better themselves, encouraged to become the best they can be, and presented with excellence as their standard."
A statement of purpose should not be a list of specifics like this: "My responsibility as a manager is to control budgets, run meetings, hire personnel, and make 'sure that each employee is' contributing to the company's well-being by performing each and every item on the job description."

志望動機書に”私はマネージャーとしての仕事は、働く誰もが認められ尊重される、そんな安定した快適な労働環境を提供することです。”と書いてあるだろ。
社員がたえず己を高め、最高の自分になるよう励み、そしてもれなく優秀と認められる、そんな環境を提供することでもあるだろう。
志望動機書は、以下の様に具体的な事を書いたリストではない。
”私のマネージャーとしての責任は、予算を管理し、会議を開催し、人を雇い、社員が職務規定のすべてをもれなく実施し、会社に貢献することを確実にすることである。”
