But the company has its eyes set on other big markets as well, a company representative tells us. Its LiveChat service (at livechat.fc2.com) is being released in multiple languages, including Indonesian, Korean, and Traditional Chinese. We’re told a China release is being contemplated as well. Like FC2’s video service, FC2 Live Chat also has a prominently featured adult section, which might prove controversial in some regional markets in Asia, particularly Indonesia and China. FC2 is also targeting Brazil, as it has just added Portuguese (see blog.fc2.com/pt) to its list of supported languages. According to comScore, Brazil’s online population enjoy blogs about as much as anyone else in the world with 85.2 percent visiting a blog back in June of 2011, second only to Taiwan at 85.5 [1]. The South American nation has the world’s fifth largest internet population at about 82 million.
