Employees have other tasks than being available to you when you are finally ready to give them some of your time.
Commitment
Making an appointment is making a commitment. Live up to your commitments. Show each employee the value of living up to personal commitments.
Professionalism
By being on time, starting and stopping meetings at agreed ¬upon times, you will deal with things in a more timely and professional manner. Things won't get bogged down with unnecessary delays because meetings are always running late or being put off because you can't honor the time of employees.
Effectiveness
When you schedule adequate time with a designated end, time will be used more effectively.

時間に間に合うために、ミーティングの開始と終了は時間どおりにしなさい。物事をよりタイムリーに、プロのやり方で行いなさい。ミーティングがいつも予定より遅れたり延長したりして、物事が不必要な遅れによって行き詰らないようにしなさい。それは社員の時間を大事にしていないということです。
有効性
あなたがスケジュールを指定された時間にきちんと終われば、時間はさらに有効的に使えます。
