Prioritizing
You can most wisely invest your, time with your employees. The more time you invest, the bigger the dividends. That is especially true when you are just beginning to supervise a specific area or when you have new employees who need to have your insight and your values communicated to them.
Being approachable
You need to have an open-door policy so that you are approachable. When you are approachable, you will have time to communicate your values, to train, and to teach.

社員と時間を過ごすことが最も賢い時間の投資の仕方である。時間を投資すればするだけ、配当は大きくなる。この事は、ある特定分野を監視し始めたときや、自分の考えや価値観が必要な新入社員がいるときに、特に当てはまる。
接しやすくなること
接しやすくなるようにオープンドアポリシー（門戸開放政策）を持つ事が必要である。接しやすいという事は、自分の価値観を伝えたり、教育したり、教えたりする時間が持てるという事である
