Before sending back your equipment for refund, please follow these
explicit instructions:
Make sure you have put back everything that came with your
merchandise, the manufacturer's accessories, instruction books and
warranty cards (unfilled) and packaging. Merchandise must be in mint
condition, the way it was received
Please Ship the package via ground shipping method, such as the US
Post Office or UPS, Be sure to have it insured and request a receipt.
Also note: Once we receive the package, you will be e-mailed by the
receiving department acknowledging receipt, and letting you know how
long it will take to process the refund, Please allow 5-7 business
days for inspection once your package arrives.

次の事項にもご注意ください：当社が荷物を受け取ったら、受領した部署からお客様に受領を知らせると共に返金にどれくらい日数がかかるかを知らせるeメールが届きます。お客様から荷物が届いてから検品のために5～7日程度かかることをご了承ください。
