The new ensemble is initially going to concentrate on Theatre creation, not scripted work. They will come up with new ideas and using improv, exercises, and other tools, create brand new pieces of Theatre.
Rather than using a pre-existing approach to creating Theatre, the group will find its own way and not only create new Theatre, but also create its own process for creating Theatre. In this way, ensemble members would feel more connected to the process than they would if it came from an outside expert or book.
