９月２２日に商品を落札して、１か月以上待っておりますが、いまだに発送すらしていただいてない様です。連絡をするたびに、発送をのびのびにされてます。最初から発送する気がないのではないかと思っております。これ以上待つことはできませんので、クレーム申請をさせていただきます。ご対応お願いいたします。
I won the item and waiting for it for more than one month, but still don't receive it, it seems that you did not ship it. Every time I communicate with you, you defer the shipping. I cannot help doubting that you don't want to ship it from the very first time. I cannot wait any more, so I will file a claim.
