According to the supplier, he mailed it on Sept. 26th monday using regular US postal mail with no signature required. Since the supplier stupidly lost the tracking#, he's working on getting you a refund. Please give it a week. I'm really sorry about this and this will be the last time I'm working with the supplier since it's really stressing me out. If he doesn't give me a refund to give to you, I'll file a complain to paypal & do a reversal.
