The item did not say mint, but the item was never used by me. As for the damage you are describing, I did not see any problems at the time it was shipped. Since it has been a month since you have received the item, I cannot vouch for the time it has been in your care. If you had contacted me as soon as the item had been received I would have made sure your concerns had been taken care of. Unfortantely, I must advise that the auction did say no returns accepted and becuase of the time lapsed, I must acknowledge this policy. I have never had any problems with items that I have sold on Ebay and I am a reptuable and honest person and my feedback shows this. I am sorry for any inconvienance this may have caused.
