商品落札後 私は、セラーにお願いをしました。
それは、送付の際に破損の危険があり、
今までに、同じ物が何度も輸送中に破損している。
今回、破損を防ぐためにすべてのノブを取り外して送るようにお願いした。
しかし、このセラーは、それを無視して送ってきた。
結果、フロントパネルが破損して品物が届きました
これは、全面的にセラーに責任があります。
この品物は全く使うことが出来ません。
私は、全額の返金を求めます。

After I won the bid for the item, I asked the seller to take out all knobs and send them together with the main bopdy but separately. Why I asked this is because, in the combined state of the knobs and the main body, this item may possibly be damaged; I have often experienced that case with the same item. But the seller did not follow my advice. As a result, I got the item with its front panel broken. All the responsibility is the seller’s. This item is completely out of use. I dol ask the pay back of all the charge.

After I participated in the auction, I contacted the seller. If there is a risk of damages during shipment, I would like to know if until now has there been many damages to shipments. This time we asked to remove all the knobs from the shipment to prevent against damages. However, the seller ignored my request. The result was the front panel being arrived to us damaged. The seller is then responsible for the ensuing damages. I would like to ask for a full refund.
