万年筆のクリップに触るとグラグラ動く。
専用ケースの万年筆を固定する部分の幅が狭いため、
万年筆が入らず固定できない。
この専用ケースはこの万年筆の専用ケースですか？
ボールペンの口金にキズがある。
この問題について私が取るべき対応を教えて下さい。
I received the item, but it had the following problem:
- When I touch the grip of the fountain pen, the grip wobbles.
- Since the width of the part of the dedicated case for fixing the fountain pen is narrow, the fountain pen cannot be inserted in said part, and it cannot be fixed. Is this case really the dedicated one?
- The cap of the ball-pointed pen has a scratch.
Please let me know what measure should I take about these problems.
