As Lill explained: 'It was perfect. It was off by itself. Nobody was going to bug us ... I called it the Microsoft Enterprise Zone because it was this little crappy place, but great because we had the room we needed; and frankly, I liked being away from the rest of the campus. I wanted to avoid a big political situation, where everybody wanted a finger in our pie and needed to know our plans. I really wanted to be way out there on the side so we could get this done and get it launched.'
