何れにせよ、一度、要求を上げてきた物流部門のユーザにヒアリングする機会を設ける必要がある。
要件を整理すれば、必ずシステムを変更するだけでなく、ユーザ業務も大幅に改善してもらわなければならない事を理解してくれるはずだ。

Change to the system has been requested, however it is important to identify why the change has to be made. Is the change to reduce the distribution cost, to improve sales, or to let the sale side realize the distribution cost? Anyway, it is necessary to meet and talk with the distribution department requesting the change to know their idea. Once we both learn what we have to do, they will understand that not only we have to change the system but also we have to change user operation.

You should organize the agenda if you would want to be charged in a distribution section first of all even though you got request to modify the system. To reduce a cost of distribution? Would want to improve an inefficient work? Contribution of sale? Would want to notice the Sales Division for the distribution cost?
In any case, it would be necessary to take an opportunity to let a client of distribution division who brought up the claims once. Regarding reviewing the agenda, they would get an understanding that we would need to drastically improve not only user work but also surely just modify the system.
