Do you have the attempted delivery notification?
If so then you could take it to your nearest post office and ask them to deliver it again.
Or otherwise you could take the tracking number and ask them to re-deliver.
If you do not have either then you will need to go to your nearest post office to collect it.

If you have it, could you ask the post office for redelivering?
