ホーム画面に存在するアイコン数が、登録できる上限数に達していると、
"Add To Home Screen"の項目は表示されません。
もしこの状況であれば、
不要なアイコンを削除するか、フォルダを作って複数のアイコンをひとつに
まとめるなどしてホーム画面に空きを作れば、新しいアイコンを
作成できるはずです。
もしこのケースと違うのであればその状況を詳しく教えて下さい。
当方のiPad2では問題なく動作しています。
The category "Add To Home Screen" will not be displayed if the number of icons on your home screen reaches the maximum registered number.
If you are in such a situation, kindly delete unwanted icons. If not, please make some space on your home screen by creating a new folder to save multiple icons in this folder. This way, you should creat new icons on your home screen again.
