そちらにｅｂａｙに写真で掲載したブロンズ像の在庫がなければ、配送前に購入者に違う商品でも良いか確認すべきです。ｅｂａｙ出品のタイトルに”彫刻者のサイン”が入っていると書いてありました。
しかし、送られてきたのは彫刻者のサインは無かった。それで購入者の私が大変怒っていたのです。今後はこの点を再考慮したほうが良いと思います。

When purchasing, my trust was laid on you 100%.
You should always check with the buyers if they want other items if you do not have a stock of the items listed on eBay with photos. It was even indicated on the title that it would come with a "sculptor's signature".
However, what I received was not with the signature. This is the reason why the buyer was very furious. I suggest that you consider these points in the future.
