連絡に驚いています
前回に連絡したようにアイテムを2つ落札し
1つの支払いは済んだんですが
もう1つのアイテムは私のebayの画面上では支払い済みになっており
支払いができない状態です（原因を確認できませんか？）
出品者側で変更できませんか、すぐpaypalでお支払いします
私は英語がうまくありません、ご理解ください
ebayにも相談したいのですが、相談方法が解りません

I have been supprised that I got a contact from you.
As I told you before, I bought two items and I paid one item but ebay website tells me that I have also paid for another item, so I can't proceed to pay another item.
(Could you find why it happened?)
Could you change it to unpaid satus. As soon as it is changed, I will pay it immediately.
I am not good at using English. Thank you for dealing with it.
I want to report this problem to eBay but I don not know how to do it.

I was very surprised to receive the notification

I have completed payment for one of them
But the other item is coming up on hte eBay screen as completed
But the payment has not gone trhough (do you know why?)

I am surprised to hear the news. As I had informed you before, I won an auction for
two items at auction and already paid for one of the two. But I can not pay for the other one because eBay site shows that it has been already paid for.
Will you check on this and let me know what is causing this trouble? Sellers can not change it, but I can pay you by paypal. Please understand English is not my mother language, so I can not explain well. I have no idea how I can consult with eBay.
