先日注文したものと違う大きな商品が届いた。
到着したのはdyson DC23.
販売ページのコンパクトなDC26ではない。
転送会社を使って日本に届けたため、送料が余分に少なくとも1万以上かかった。
非常に今いらいらしている。こちらが納得する解決策を出して欲しい。

I received a big product, which was different from the product I ordered the other day.
The product I received was Dyson DC23.
What I ordered was DC26, a compact one on the sales page.
Since I used a forwarding company so that I can get it shipped to Japan, I paid for the extra shipping fee which was more than 10,000 yen.
I am very irritating. Please offer me a solution with which I can be satisfied.

Instead, I got the Dyson DC23.
It is not the compact DC26 that is shown on the website.
I used the fowarding address company to send it to Japan. It cost additional at least 10,000yen ($100). I am very frustrated about it. I would like you to show me the solution that I can agree with.

Wrong item, dyson DC23, has been delivered to me. It was huge compared to the size of DC26 which I had ordered. I payed at least ten 10,000 Japanese yen more to the carrier I used to forward it to me in Japan. I am very upset now. I demand you give me reasonable solution to me.
